Film Emporium Evaluated Video Tape

We would like to take a moment to introduce you to evaluated tapes. We supply broadcast videotape at 50% below market. How is this possible? The cost of videotape is already high, and increases with each year. Our solution to your budget problems is also an environmental one. Film Emporium recycles one pass videotape. Allow us to explain the process:

What is evaluated tape? Where is it obtained?

Film Emporium works with major duplication companies within the United States that only put one pass onto their tapes. Each week Film Emporium takes in thousands of tapes. They are first sent through for visual inspection. Our highly trained engineers look at the cosmetic presentation of the tape. After a tape passes visual inspection, it is taken to a detection machine from RTI (Research Technology International), which detects any loose oxidation or metal particles in the tape itself. The machine also checks the quality control track of the tape with magnetic scanners. The tape is bulk erased, placed back in its original case and provided with brand new J-cards and labels and sold for 50% of the rising cost of new tape.
