Customer Service
Representative Customer Service Representative is needed in Film Emporium’s Hollywood office, located at Sunset Gower Studios. Join a team of professionals and work with clients who produce documentaries, TV & feature projects. Assist clients and brokers with insurance and film/ video tape customer service tasks. Entertainment Insurance duties include assisting brokers, servicing clients: certificates, files, quotes, etc. Film & Video tape duties: processing orders, maintaining small inventory, dealing with vendors, light computerized shipping, etc. Ideal candidate has great people skills, computer skills, organized and manages multi-tasking well in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of filmmaking, customer service, and insurance industry is preferred. Great working environment and opportunity to grow.
