Payment Methods:

Policy premiums are required to be paid prior to the effective date of the coverage.   Annual DICE and annual event programs may be financeable upon underwriting approval.  All other programs are required to be paid in full.   Acceptable payment methods are cash, certified or cahiers checks, regular check (please provide an extra day or two for this option for funds to clear), credit cards or wire transfer (please request account info).  If you are paying with a credit card, click here for a Credit Card Authorization form.
